Including inquiries and reflections from Buddhism, Yoga and Embodiment coaching traditions to create helpful qualities in your everyday life.

These will include small group work, and there will be some periods of silence too.

This retreat will be led by two very experienced teachers of Yoga and Meditation who will both lead Yoga and Meditation sessions.

Come along and enjoy practicing together, in the magical realm of Rivendell.

What do previous participants say?

“A heartfelt thank you for the transformational week I have just spent at Rivendell.

The magic of Rivendell and the poetry that is the guided yoga given by vidyadasa and Satyamati I suspected it would be a special week. The experience did not disappoint!!!”
It is a rare opportunity to be held so tenderly in this crazy world. The practice, the building, the surroundings, the nourishing food and the community (that so quickly becomes family for the week) all did just that. In such a relatively short space of time I have returned feeling brand new. I have also been given body and mind practices to have in my tool kit to apply to every day struggles.”

Claire, Hastings

Thank you for an amazing week retreat, the combination of your yoga and meditation styles worked beautifully and you held us in a safe space. Thank you for providing so much teaching across the week, it was clear that you moulded your approach around the group and the energy we brought, so intuitive – thank you for a very special experience” – D, London

“The week I spent at Rivendell at the yoga and meditation retreat was deeply restorative in pretty much every way – as soon as I walked in I felt more relaxed. The wisdom and practices shared by Vidyadasa and Satyamati were just brilliant – fun and helped find stillness, and joy- and so much is helpful to take into life. Peaceful and kind people, friendly vibe, homely house, hearty home cooked food. And the garden is dreamy. Can’t recommend highly enough!”
