Vidyadasa is a Buddhist yoga and embodiment teacher who brings over three decades of meditation, movement, and mindfulness practice into his teaching. Rooted in the Triratna Buddhist tradition, he weaves together Hatha yoga, somatic awareness, embodiment / life coaching and creative inquiry to support people in connecting more deeply with their bodies, values, and inner wisdom. Based near Brighton, UK, he offers classes, workshops, retreats and online sessions that foster presence, compassion, and personal transformation.

Enjoy a long bank holiday weekend of practice surrounded by the beautiful Sussex countryside at Rivendell. Immersed in good conditions for practising meditation, reflection, ritual communally. An emphasis on body based practice with an appreciation of the beauty of life and all that spring brings. There will be some simple movement sessions inspired by Yoga, Qi Gong, walking meditation and optional creative activities such as writing and drawing/painting if desired. TRIRATNA RETREAT For regular meditators who attend retreats, a centre or group in Triratna community.

Deepening our exploration of Yoga and Meditation, including Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Ritual we will create a rich and full open inquiry into this precious life. We will discover what it means to be truly human, all within the context of Buddhism. Including inquiries and reflections from Buddhism, Yoga and Embodiment coaching traditions to create helpful qualities in your everyday life. These will include small group work, and some periods of silence too. FOR PEOPLE WITH SOME EXPERIENCE of YOGA & MEDITATION.
