Introductory Weekend to Buddhist Meditation - December

December 18 - 20, 2026
These very popular weekends help people to learn Buddhist meditation and find out a little about Buddhism. Enjoy the company of others in a positive, friendly space away from the usual distractions, allowing you to connect with yourself and others at a deeper level. A structured programme with guidance in two traditional Buddhist meditations: the "mindfulness of breathing", to develop a calm and focused mind, and the "development of loving kindness", which encourages emotional positivity.
