Parami is an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, known for her deep engagement with the Bodhisattva Ideal and socially engaged Buddhism. She was ordained by Sangharakshita in 1980 and has been actively involved in various Triratna activities, including leading retreats, workshops, and serving as a preceptor.
