Enjoy a long bank holiday weekend of practice surrounded by the beautiful Sussex countryside at Rivendell. Immersed in good conditions for practising meditation, reflection, ritual communally.

An emphasis on body based practice with an appreciation of the beauty of life and all that spring brings.

There will be some simple movement sessions inspired by Yoga, Qi Gong, walking meditation and optional creative activities such as writing and drawing/painting if desired.


RETREAT CATEGORY:TRIRATNA
This retreat is suitable for those who have a regular meditation practice and who regularly attend retreats, a centre or a group within the context of the Triratna Buddhist Community. You will also need to be familiar with, and happy to participate in, Triratna Buddhist devotional practice and ritual (puja), be comfortable with extended periods of sitting meditation and the possibility on some retreats of periods spent in silence.
